This enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s zoning code to define and regulate medical marijuana dispensaries and medical marijuana growing or processing facilities. It allows these facilities in certain commercial and industrial zoning districts, subject to zoning requirements, including a 500-foot separation from schools, playgrounds, pools, parks, recreation centers, libraries, and other regulated uses.

Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by providing for medical marijuana dispensaries and growing/processing facilities, under certain terms and conditions.
