The enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s sidewalk-sales rules to prohibit vendors from displaying or selling goods, or leaving stands, on the south side of West Allegheny Avenue between N. 2nd and N. 5th Streets and on the north side between N. 2nd and N. 3rd Streets. It affects vendors and others seeking to sell merchandise on those sidewalks.

Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Sales," by prohibiting vending on both sides of the 200-400 block of West Allegheny Avenue between N. 2nd Street and N. 5th Street, all under certain terms and conditions.
