This enacted ordinance authorizes the City to remove Mifflin Street from the City Plan and vacate it between Swanson Street and Vandalia Street. It reserves a utility right-of-way within the former street area and allows the City to accept that right-of-way, subject to agreements, utility work, financial guarantees, and other conditions.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 19-S by striking from the City Plan and vacating Mifflin Street from Swanson Street to Vandalia Street and reserving and placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for various utility purposes, such as may be necessary, within the lines of Mifflin Street being stricken and authorizing acceptance of the grant to the City of the said right-of-way, under certain terms and conditions.
