This enacted bill authorizes Hospitality 3, L.L.C. to construct, own, and maintain three wood planter boxes, one stone planter box, and a metal sculpture with a stone base at the northwest corner of Chestnut and 33rd Streets. The items will extend into portions of the public walkways while leaving specified clear walkway areas, subject to the bill’s terms and conditions.
