This enacted amendment allows the Philadelphia Land Bank to exempt properties it holds from real estate taxes, water and sewer charges, stormwater charges, and other municipal charges, as permitted by law. The exemptions apply for as long as the Land Bank holds the property.
Amending Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Philadelphia Land Bank," to exempt the Land Bank from certain municipal claims and charges; all under certain terms and conditions.
