The enacted ordinance amends the rules for agreements allowing Philadelphia’s Board of Pensions and Retirement to administer retirement benefits for employees of certain quasi-public agencies, including the Philadelphia Housing Development Corporation and Philadelphia Parking Authority. It provides that these employees’ benefits generally match those for comparable City employees, may refer to union agreements, and applies retroactively to current agreements and amendments.

Amending Section 3(b) of an ordinance approved March 1, 1963, as amended, relating to agreements to administer employee retirement benefits for certain quasi-public agencies, under certain terms and conditions.
