The enacted bill authorized $69.6 million in Fiscal Year 2017 appropriation transfers among Philadelphia’s General Fund, Water Fund, Grants Revenue Fund, County Liquid Fuels Tax Fund, Special Gasoline Tax Fund, and Aviation Fund. The transfers affected funding for city offices, departments, boards, commissions, the First Judicial District, and other public services, including personnel, services, equipment, benefits, and debt payments.
