This enacted ordinance authorizes Second and Race Streets, LP to install and maintain three benches and several embedded accent lights in the sidewalks around 205 Race Street, subject to City permits, approvals, insurance, and other conditions. The owner must enter into an agreement with the City and remove the encroachments at its own expense when required for a City construction project or after proper notice.
