This enacted bill establishes two-hour parking limits on four street sections: Baltimore Avenue between 42nd and 43rd Streets; Trinity Place between 48th and 49th Streets; 46th Street between Chester Avenue and Springfield Avenue; and Powelton Avenue between 41st and 42nd Streets. The limits apply on weekdays during specified daytime hours, with exceptions for certain residential parking permit areas.
