The enacted ordinance authorizes the City’s Board of Surveyors to remove Euclid Avenue between Fifteenth and Sixteenth Streets from City Plan No. 123. The property owner or other responsible party must meet conditions including covering required utility and water-system changes, protecting the City from damage claims, providing financial security, and paying the cost of advertising the public hearing.
