This enacted ordinance authorizes Adam S. Harbin to construct, own, and maintain six planter boxes in the public footways near 339 North Broad Street: four along Broad Street and two along Callowhill Street. The planters must meet specified size and sidewalk-clearance limits, and the owner must obtain required approvals, maintain insurance, cover related costs, and remove them if the City gives notice for construction or other municipal needs.
