This enacted ordinance authorizes Hy Goldberg to construct, own, and maintain a bench extending into the public footway at 701 Sansom Street, while leaving 12 feet of walking space. The owner must obtain required permits, meet insurance and other conditions, and remove the bench and restore the footway if the City gives notice for a municipal project or otherwise requires removal under the agreement.
