This enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s rules for electric-vehicle parking. It bars the Philadelphia Parking Authority from designating additional electric-vehicle parking spaces while City Council reviews their effect on parking availability; existing spaces remain reserved for electric vehicles from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., while other vehicles may park there for up to two hours during the day.
Amending Section 12-1131 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Electric Vehicle Parking," to impose a moratorium on new electric vehicle parking spaces, under certain terms and conditions.
