This enacted ordinance changes the Philadelphia Zoning Maps for certain areas within the boundaries of Dauphin Street, 31st Street, Susquehanna Avenue, Ridge Avenue, and 32nd Street. It replaces the existing zoning designations with the designations shown on the ordinance’s zoning map and took effect immediately.
To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Dauphin Street, 31st Street, Susquehanna Avenue, Ridge Avenue, and 32nd Street.
