This enacted bill revises Philadelphia rules for curb markets, street vendors, sidewalk vendors, and sidewalk sales. It establishes a $20 nonrefundable initial application fee that is credited toward the annual license fee, sets several annual license fees at $330, and raises the additional annual fee for vendors in the 32nd Street special district and University City District to $3,000.

Amending Chapter 9-200 of The Philadelphia Code (entitled "Commercial Activities on Streets"), by revising certain provisions relating to licenses and fees; all under certain terms and conditions.
