The enacted ordinance changes Philadelphia’s fee schedules for building, electrical, fire, plumbing, property, and zoning permits, licenses, inspections, appeals, certificates, and related services. It affects property owners, developers, contractors, businesses, and other applicants, with many fees revised and some owner-occupied one- and two-family homes receiving fee exceptions.
Amending Subcode "A" (The Philadelphia Administrative Code) of Title 4 of The Philadelphia Code (The Building, Construction and Occupancy Code), by adding and revising various provisions related to fees for permits, licenses, certificates, appeals and services; and making technical changes; all under certain terms and conditions.
