City Council enacted a Fiscal 2018 Capital Budget totaling $2,641,616,000 for capital projects during July 1, 2017, through June 30, 2018. The ordinance sets conditions for spending the funds, including finance certifications, available loans or other funding, and formal grant awards for projects relying on outside money.
