The enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s zoning rules for non-accessory signs on municipal property. It authorizes the Director of Finance to create a separate fund for revenue collected from advertising signs on municipal property and to provide that money to the School District of Philadelphia.

Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by amending Section 14-905, entitled "Non Accessory Signs," by authorizing the Director of Finance to create a separate fund for revenue collected by the City with respect to advertising on municipal property, authorizing the disposition of such revenue, and making conforming amendments to any other applicable Sections of The Philadelphia Code, all under certain terms and conditions.
