The enacted ordinance grants Stephen Ngo, owner and operator of the Royal Tea Food Truck on Norris Street between 13th and Broad Streets, permission to install and maintain electrical wires and conduits in, under, and over the public right-of-way to supply electricity to the truck. The work must follow city regulations and required permits, and Ngo must meet conditions including insurance, a bond, and removal and street restoration if properly notified; the ordinance also requires a $200 payment to the City Treasury within 60 days of approval.

Granting permission to Stephen Ngo, owner and operator of Royal Tea Food Truck located in the right-of-way on the north side of Norris Street between 13th Street and Broad Street, to install, use and maintain certain electrical wires, conduits and appurtenances in, under and over the right-of-way on the north side of Norris Street between 13th Street and Broad Street, for the purpose of supplying electricity to said lunch truck, under certain terms and conditions.
