This enacted ordinance authorizes Brandywine Operating Partnership, L.P. to construct, own, and maintain six planters in sections of the public footway along Market Street at 1900 Market Street, between South 19th and South 20th Streets. The authorization is subject to required permits, City agreements, insurance and other conditions, and the City may require the planters to be removed and the footway restored, including for a municipal construction project.
