The enacted ordinance authorizes Philadelphia’s Commissioner of Public Property to transfer all or part of a City-owned parcel near Linden Avenue, State Road, Amtrak’s Northeast Corridor, and I-95 to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development for further conveyance. The transaction may include access and utility easements and must require an Economic Opportunity Plan.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to convey to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development, all or part of a parcel of land located in the area bounded by Linden Avenue, State Road, Amtrak's Northeast Corridor, and I-95 for further conveyance.
