This enacted bill authorizes Philadelphia Parks & Recreation to enter into a five-year concession agreement with 13RIVER15 LLC, doing business as Morgan’s Pier, to operate a mobile food and beverage program at selected locations in the city park system. The agreement may be renewed once for another five years and requires the company to pay the City specified fees, including weekly or daily fees and percentages of revenue.
