This enacted bill authorizes Philadelphia’s Commissioner of Public Property to acquire all or part of a parcel bounded by East Bristol Street, O Street, Leiper Street, and Frankford Creek. The acquisition may involve full ownership or a lesser property interest, and the Commissioner may complete related documents and adjust the parcel’s boundaries with City Solicitor approval.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to acquire fee simple title or a lesser real estate interest to all or a portion of a parcel of land located in the area bounded by East Bristol Street, O Street, Leiper Street and the Frankford Creek; all under certain terms and conditions.
