READ AND PASSED
The enacted ordinance authorized $27.08 million in Fiscal Year 2017 budget transfers among the General Fund, Grants Revenue Fund, Water Fund, and Community Development Fund. The transfers moved money to support personnel, services, equipment, debt service, and community development activities across many City departments, including public health, human services, fire, police, parks, streets, and commerce.
