This enacted ordinance changes the Philadelphia Zoning Maps for certain parcels within the area bounded by Roosevelt Boulevard, Adams Avenue, Arrott Street, Oxford Avenue, and Oxford Circle. It changes those parcels from their previous zoning designations to the designations shown on the ordinance’s maps and took effect immediately.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Roosevelt Boulevard, Adams Avenue, Arrott Street, Oxford Avenue and Oxford Circle.
