The enacted ordinance changes the zoning designations for certain properties in the area bounded by Cambria Street, Kensington Avenue, Allegheny Avenue, Jasper Street, Clearfield Street, Helen Street, Elkhart Street, Emerald Street, Stella Street, and Frankford Avenue. It makes these changes to the Philadelphia Zoning Maps and took effect immediately.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Cambria Street, Kensington Avenue, Allegheny Avenue, Jasper Street, Clearfield Street, Helen Street, Elkhart Street, Emerald Street, Stella Street, and Frankford Avenue.
