This enacted ordinance approved Philadelphia Gas Works’ Fiscal Year 2018 capital budget, allowing up to $114.409 million for capital projects during September 1, 2017, through August 31, 2018. It also acknowledged PGW’s revised capital-budget forecast for 2019 through 2023 and set conditions on spending, reporting, transfers, and certain infrastructure and vehicle projects.

Approving the Fiscal Year 2018 Capital Budget providing for expenditures for the capital purposes of the Philadelphia Gas Works (including the supplying of funds in connection therewith) subject to certain constraints and conditions, and acknowledging receipt of the Revised Forecast of Capital Budgets for Fiscal Years 2019 through 2023.
