This enacted bill authorizes the City's Commissioner of Public Property to transfer all or part of city-owned land near 2281 East Ontario Street to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development for further conveyance. The transfer must include a requirement for an Economic Opportunity Plan, and the City Solicitor may set terms and conditions to protect the City's interests and carry out the bill.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to convey to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development, all or part of a parcel of land located in the area bounded by East Ontario Street, Weikel Street, Tulip Street, and East Tioga Street, for further conveyance.
