This enacted ordinance authorizes Route 34 Group to install, own, and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 5021-23 Baltimore Avenue. The café may extend about nine feet into the sidewalk, leaving nine feet clear, and the owner must obtain required permits, follow City rules, carry insurance, and remove or relocate the café when legally required by the City.
