This enacted ordinance authorizes Boyd’s Realty Partnership to install, own, and maintain three concrete planters that extend up to two feet into the south sidewalk area along 1818 Chestnut Street. The owner must obtain required permits and approvals, follow City requirements, maintain insurance or equivalent coverage, and remove the planters at the City’s request for municipal construction or other specified reasons.
