This enacted ordinance amended Philadelphia’s zoning code to revise the North Delaware Avenue Neighborhood Commercial Area Overlay District. It applies the overlay requirements to commercially zoned properties in the area bounded by Spring Garden Street, the Delaware River, Lehigh Avenue, Frankford Avenue, Girard Avenue, and 5th Street, and replaces the district’s map.

To amend Title 14 of the Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by revising certain provisions of Section 14-500, entitled "Overlay Zoning Districts," for the amendment of the North Delaware Avenue Neighborhood Commercial Area Overlay District, all under certain terms and conditions.
