This enacted ordinance authorizes B1 Holdings to install, own, and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 767 South 9th Street, extending along parts of South 9th Street and Catharine Street. The café must meet City permit and insurance requirements, keep specified portions of the sidewalks clear, operate during set hours, and be removed or relocated if required for public projects, violations, or other conditions described in the ordinance.

Authorizing B1 Holdings, ("Owner") to install, own and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 767 South 9th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19147 ("Property"), under certain terms and conditions.
