This enacted bill authorizes WT Restaurant Holdings, LLC, to install, own, and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 743 South 4th Street, extending into the sidewalks along Fitzwater Street and South 4th Street while leaving five feet of clear walkway. The café must follow City requirements, obtain required permits and insurance, operate from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and be removed or relocated if the City lawfully requires it.

Authorizing WT Restaurant Holdings, LLC., ("Owner") to install, own and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 743 South 4th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19147 ("Property"), under certain terms and conditions.
