The enacted ordinance authorizes changes to the City Plan that remove and vacate the southerly 18 feet of Vine Street from Eighteenth Street to a point about 150 feet east. The property owner or other party involved must meet conditions including filing agreements protecting the City from damage claims, making any required utility adjustments, paying public-hearing advertising costs, and paying $200 into the City Treasury.
Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 307 by striking from the City Plan and vacating the southerly eighteen feet wide portion of Vine Street from Eighteenth Street to a point approximately one-hundred fifty feet eastwardly therefrom, under certain terms and conditions.
