To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Cottman Avenue, Crispin Street, Frankford Avenue, Cheltenham Avenue, Bustleton Avenue and Roosevelt Boulevard.
