This enacted bill changes the zoning designations for certain properties in an area bounded by Bridge Street, Harbison Avenue, Tulip Street, Hegerman Street, Deveraux Avenue, Torresdale Avenue, Robbins Street, Vandike Street, Unruh Avenue, Keystone Street, Deveraux Street (extended), and Delaware Expressway. The changes are shown on the zoning maps referenced in the bill and took effect immediately.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Bridge Street, Harbison Avenue, Tulip Street, Hegerman Street, Deveraux Avenue, Torresdale Avenue, Robbins Street, Vandike Street, Unruh Avenue, Keystone Street, Deveraux Street (extended), and Delaware Expressway.
