The enacted ordinance authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of Philadelphia, to transfer all or part of a City-owned parcel bounded by Market Street, North Salford Street, Filbert Street, and North 59th Street to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority. The authority may then convey the property further under terms and conditions set for the transaction.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to convey to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority, all or part of a parcel of land located in the area bounded by Market Street, North Salford Street, Filbert Street, and North 59th Street, for further conveyance, under certain terms and conditions.
