This enacted ordinance authorizes the City of Philadelphia to lease all or part of 3009 Grays Ferry Avenue from Grays Ferry Partners, LP, through Korman Commercial Properties. The space, approximately 8,000 square feet, will be used as a government office open to the public, under a five-year lease with renewal options and stated rent and operating-cost terms.
Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City, to enter into a lease agreement with Grays Ferry Partners, LP, by its agent Korman Commercial Properties for use by the City of all or a portion of the premises located at 3009 Grays Ferry Avenue, under certain terms and conditions.
