The enacted ordinance authorizes changes to the City Plan that vacate specified underground and overhead portions of Moravian Street between 19th and 20th Streets, subject to stated conditions. The developer must enter agreements covering issues such as utility access, insurance, construction responsibilities, and maintenance of the full block of Moravian Street, including keeping the roadway open to public traffic.
Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 308 by striking from the City Plan and vacating certain sub-surface portions and certain aerial portions of Moravian Street from 19th Street to 20th Street, all under certain terms and conditions.
