This enacted ordinance authorizes Michael and Alexis Birnbaum, LLC, to install, own, and maintain an exterior metal staircase and concrete planters extending into public sidewalk areas at 1714-20 S. 2nd Street. The owner must obtain required permits, follow City rules, maintain insurance or equivalent coverage, and remove the encroachments if required for a City project or if the property is no longer used as a daycare.

Authorizing Michael and Alexis Birnbaum, LLC, ("Owner") to install, own and maintain an exterior metal staircase and planter encroachments at 1714-20 S. 2nd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19148 ("Property"), under certain terms and conditions.
