This enacted ordinance revises zoning rules for accessory signs in the CMX-2.5 area bounded by Juniper Street, East Passyunk Avenue, and Mifflin Street. It allows one internally lit cabinet sign to extend up to nine feet above a building’s roofline if the property has at least two street frontages and the sign was installed before November 30, 2017; any later alteration or relocation must meet the regular sign rules.

Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by revising requirements for accessory signs, located within the area bounded by Juniper Street, East Passyunk Avenue and Mifflin Street, under certain terms and conditions.
