This enacted ordinance authorizes the Germantown Special Services District to install, own, and maintain decorative steel and wood bollards along the north and south curb lines of Maplewood Mall at 57 W. Maplewood Mall. The district must obtain required permits, enter into an agreement with the City, maintain insurance or acceptable self-insurance, and remove the bollards if the City gives notice for a municipal construction project or otherwise requires their removal.

Authorizing Germantown Special Services District, ("Owner") to install, own and maintain various bollard encroachments at 57 W. Maplewood Mall, Philadelphia, PA 19144 ("Property"), under certain terms and conditions.
