This enacted ordinance authorizes Mark Melini to install, own, and maintain pedestrian improvements in the public footways around 701-39 Market Street, including decorative bollards, planters with benches, door-activated bollards, and a free-standing sign. The owner must obtain required permits, enter into an agreement with the City, maintain insurance or equivalent coverage, and remove the encroachments when required for City projects or with proper notice.

Authorizing Mark Melini, ("Owner") to install, own and maintain various pedestrian enhancement encroachments at 701-39 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106 ("Property"), under certain terms and conditions.
