This enacted ordinance changes the zoning designations on the Philadelphia Zoning Maps for certain land within an area bounded by Trenton Avenue, Lehigh Avenue, Belgrade Street, Somerset Street, the Delaware Expressway, Cumberland Street, Thompson Street, Aramingo Avenue, and York Street. The ordinance states that the changes take effect immediately.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Trenton Avenue, Lehigh Avenue, Belgrade Street, Somerset Street, Delaware Expressway, Cumberland Street, Thompson Street, Aramingo Avenue and York Street.
