This enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s zoning rules for green roofs. It adds CMX-2.5 districts to the districts where meeting specified green-roof conditions can qualify for a density exception, allowing the permitted number of dwelling units to be 25% higher than the applicable lot-size calculation before other increases are applied.

Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," to revise certain provisions of Chapter 14-600, entitled "Use Regulations," by amending the green roof calculations; all under certain terms and conditions.
