The enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s zoning maps for certain areas of land within the area bounded by the listed streets, using changes shown on maps A1–A5 and B1–B5. It affects the zoning designations of properties in that area and took effect immediately.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Cheltenham Avenue, Ditman Street, Cottman Avenue, Ditman Street, Bleigh Avenue, Edmund Street, Cottman Avenue, Vandike Street, Robbins Street, Torresdale Avenue, Deveraux Avenue, and Hegerman Street.
