The enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s Transit-Oriented Development overlay zoning rules. It designates 46th Street Market-Frankford Line Station as a TOD station and allows properties covered by the overlay in certain districts to have a maximum height of 45 feet instead of 38 feet.
Amending Section 14-513 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "/TOD, Transit-Oriented Development Overlay District," to revise requirements and designations relating to said overlay district, and making related changes, all under certain terms and conditions.
