This enacted bill authorizes the City of Philadelphia to lease all or part of 667 North Broad Street from EB Realty Management for use as approximately 17,200 square feet of City office space. The lease is for 15 years, with two possible five-year renewals, and would begin at an annual base rent of approximately $353,976, plus the City’s share of common-area costs.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City, to enter into a lease agreement with EB Realty Management, for use by the City of all or a portion of the premises located at 667 North Broad Street, under certain terms and conditions.
