The enacted ordinance authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to lease about 15,500 square feet at 6750 Lindbergh Boulevard from Ujima Community Transformation Partners, LLC, for the City’s Office of Innovation and Technology Communications and Radio Operations Center. The lease would run for 10 years, with renewal options and a City option to purchase the property after the seventh anniversary, while the City would pay rent and operating costs.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City, to enter into a lease with an option to purchase with Ujima Community Transformation Partners, LLC, for use and/or purchase by the City of all or a portion of the premises located at 6750 Lindbergh Boulevard, under certain terms and conditions.
