This enacted bill authorized Philadelphia’s Commissioner of Public Property to lease all or part of 1930 South Broad Street from St. Agnes MOB, LLC, for use by the City. The lease covers approximately 19,312 square feet for clinic space, with a 15-year term, two possible 10-year renewals, and specified rent and operating-cost arrangements.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City, to enter into a lease agreement with St. Agnes MOB, LLC, for use by the City of all or a portion of the premises located at 1930 South Broad Street, under certain terms and conditions.
